cloth;

electronic stapler;

scissors;

nail scissors;

wood glue;

upholstering tape or piping;

 
 

Step 1:

Place the cloth straight to the thread and appropriate for the pattern on the seating surface. Cut to the size with a minimum of 5 cm extra.

 
 

Step 2:

Staple close to the wood edge. Smooth out the cloth in the direction of the back afterwards.

 

 
 

Step 3:

Cut into the cloth on the legs of the chair.

 
 

Step 4:

Slide in the cloth between the legs and cushion.

 

 
 

Step 5:

Smooth out the cloth again, and fix it at the back centre.

Fix the cloth left and right of the seating surface at the back-, as well as, at the frontside.

 
 

Step 6:

Staple from the centre of the sides to the corners of the chair, then cut into the cloth, close to the legs, again, fold in the cloth and fix it.

 

 
 

7. Schritt:

Nun rundherum der Sitzfläche knappkantig mit der Nagelschere abschneiden. Rücken- und Armlehnen werden nach dem gleichen Prinzip gearbeitet. D.h. oben, unten und an den Seiten fixieren, den Rest gleichmäßig festtackern. Anschließend knappkantig abschneiden.

 
 

8. Schritt:

Die Keder, bzw. das Polsterband mit Holzleim über die Tackernägel aufkleben und trocknen lassen.
